On March 6, a delegation led by ProfessorJean-Pierre De Greve, Rector of VUB, Belgium visited Tongji University and discussed further cooperations with Law School. It is the return visit for visit in VUB by delegation from Law School in last April. Secretary of Law School branch of CPC Tongji University Commitee, Dr. Cheng Deli and staff from International Affairs Office of Law School welcomed the delegation.

       Meeting focused on Program of Doctor Double Degree in comparative law between two universities. Other cooperations including exchange of teachers and students for short term were also discussed.

         VUB is one constant cooperative partner of Law School. In 2009, 31 graduate students from Tongji Law School had been in VUB for one year as an exchange student during their study, which is a valuable experience for the students.

        Vice President Wu Jiang also met the delegation and introduced the history and present situation of Tongji University. During the meeting, a broad range of cooperation was also discussed.
